"I had ADT and I love them. They're always there to answer your call. If they needed to come do anything, which wasn't very often, they did come. And if it was something covered, they wouldn't charge for it.
Because they had come, we had to change the door, have it made and put in. They had to come and redo that, but they didn't charge anything. I'm very well pleased with ADT. The only reason I left them was that I moved. With age, I downsized from a house to an apartment with a 24-hour doorman and a garage walk right into the building, so we no longer have security systems in individual apartments. Otherwise, I would have still been with ADT."
