"We had another company and we asked our neighbors about ADT and they said that they were very happy with them and we weren't happy with the other company. We've been with ADT for years and we're very happy.
We haven't had any break-ins and we have it on our rentals house right next door also. There were times when I go next-door to do projects and when I'm carrying stuff in and I don't get to the alarm quick enough and it goes off. I'm always worried what's going to happen, but when we call, we tell them what happened and they ask for the password. Once they get that, then they're fine. I like that feedback immediately so that's good. But I can always use more signs if ADT wants to send us more.
I have recommended them to relatives and friends. I told them our experiences and how accessible ADT always is. Sometimes, we have to take long vacations to be with our grandchildren and we always call them and let them know that, but we have a neighbor who knows our passwords. ADT has never failed and they've done a very good job with what we've asked them to do. I feel very safe when we leave to go on vacation that nothing is going to happen without us being made aware of it right away."
