The flavors of the holidays come in many forms: fresh apple pie shared with family, cranberry sauce, roasted pears and seasonal spices like cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. To celebrate the season, we’ve created three mocktail recipes inspired by our favorite holiday flavors.

As-is, these recipes are delicious and suitable for all ages, but you’re free to add a little holiday cheer to them as well! Let’s take a tour of the 3 mocktails we’ve prepared for you.

Caramel Apple Mocktail

Taking a sip of this drink will make you feel like a little kid at a county fair, biting into your first caramel apple. Because it’s rimmed with caramel and raw sugar, every sip starts sweet. The combination of caramel, apple cider, and ginger ale is unique in its ability to be a little tart, a little spicy, and a lot sweet. The drink itself pairs perfectly with the caramel apple slice you use as a garnish. And as an extra treat to the bartender? Any caramel apple slices that go unclaimed are theirs to keep!

Cranberry Cinnamon Mocktail

Cranberry drinks really find their stride when the weather is cold. This drink is no exception: the classic pairing of cranberry and cinnamon is elevated by the rosemary simple syrup. Topped with some bubbles in the form of ginger beer and you have a cold mocktail that somehow makes you feel warm and fuzzy after every sip. The sugared cranberries and rosemary make a beautiful, sparkly garnish that will delight any drinker.

Roasted Pear Mocktail

The roasted pear mocktail takes a little more preparation, but the result is a unique, elevated, and understated mocktail that isn’t too sweet. Roasting pears with the honey balsamic glaze brings out the rich pear flavor without turning everything to mush. Once the roasted pears have cooled, blend with as much apple juice as you need to be able to make a smooth texture. Chill and top with ginger beer right before you serve!
