Do you need a lean, mean, and energy-boosting machine? Are you looking for an easy breakfast or snack that the entire family (yes, even kids) will enjoy? Regardless of what you’re looking for, we have you covered with @bubbyandbean’s easy green smoothie. A real struggle with breakfast is the lack of time to prepare. This smoothie is quick, enjoyable, and customizable to fit any picky easter.

Filled with your favorite fruit and greens, this one blender recipe will give you some morning juice to tackle the day. Kale and spinach bring calcium, vitamins A, E, C and K, iron, magnesium, zinc, folate, and potassium. The added fruit does more than make the smoothie taste good- the banana brings more potassium, and pineapples and mangoes are packed with even more vitamins.

While this smoothie includes many different healthy ingredients, feel free to substitute your own fruits and veggies based on your dietary needs or preferences. If you’re looking to add in extra protein, try adding in your favorite protein powder to help with those gains. Not into mangoes? Leave them out or swap them altogether for strawberries. Let us know on our Safe At Home Facebook page when you’ve made your own and let us know how it turned out!
