“We had ADT before we had Comcast. While with Comcast, we found out that it was divided into two sections, selling it and the actual security. It wasn’t very responsive so we switched back to ADT. Tyler, the sales rep, was always pretty responsive and their installer was great too. I'm satisfied with my service and it seems to be working really well. The only thing was I bypassed three zones, and originally, the technician that installed it put a shortcut into it, but I forgot what the shortcut was. When I called back, they said I had to call out the technician again to put that back in and they would charge me for it. I wasn’t too pleased with that. But other than that, ADT works really well.”

Also, the representatives are very good, nice, pleasant, and informative. One time, they called me and I followed up down in the lower monitor box and I got a call right away.
