"A relative of mine had ADT and I decided I need it also, so I called them. So far, it’s been fine. The lady that sold me the service made a statement at the time that if I was going to change my windows and stuff like that out, there’d be no problem, they’d come and take them off and put them back on once I had the windows changed at no charge. 

When I was about to have that done, they told me there would be a charge. But once I explained to them the lady told me there wouldn’t be, they didn’t charge me for it. The installers were great. My system beeps and all that type of stuff when I come in and leave the house or when I set it but I’ve never had any cause to have the police here or any false alarms. I’m happy with them."
