“We have been members of ADT since 1992 and would not change. The system failed once in 25 years and was upgraded for a minimal fee. Their monitoring and reporting of intrusions is as specified. Great service. They have grandfathered my rate, so we are currently under their quoted fees. My only recommendation would be to allow new features without canceling my grandfathered rate or only with a small increase.”
