"A couple of years ago, we had some problems with our ADT, but we got it all taken care of. It's been three years since the last time I had to call someone out, and that was when the windows were a little bit sensitive and I had to get that corrected.
But as far as calls go, they will call sometimes if we forget and open up a door with the alarm on. That would happen occasionally when we don't know the alarm is set and we go outside or come in and forget to turn the system off."
