“We set our alarm and left our home for a provisions run - somehow we left the door cracked open. ADT was quick to call us, but because I didn't recognize their number I didn't answer the call. ADT then called my backup number (a friend), and my friend immediately called me. I called ADT, they canceled the police alert, I returned home and closed my door. Easy as pie! My only recommendation for ADT is to make your number known rather than having it appear as "Unknown Caller" on the phone's screen (and I have ADT saved as a contact). Regardless, thank you ADT for actually doing what you advertise. Kudos!”
