"There had been some robberies in our neighborhood. When we called ADT, they sent a representative out to look over the house and made some suggestions so we followed what they said and it’s been fine.
The alarm has gone off only when I did it but I've always gotten to it and shut it off before they called. I also called the customer service because the battery was going dead and they walked me through replacing it. It’s been exactly what I paid for and what I expected. Both of my sons have it as well."
