Community Outreach

At ADT, we are committed to being an inclusive organization that respects the diversity of our workforce, our customers, and the communities in which we live, work, and serve.  Through our ADT Always Cares program we offer a wide spectrum of company-sponsored volunteer events in ADT’s key markets throughout the course of the year.  Team members are empowered and encouraged to be a positive force by leveraging their individual skills and passions through volunteer and philanthropic initiatives.  As we serve our communities together, ADT employees are able to build lasting bonds centered around our appreciation of our diverse communities, marketplace, and customers.

Customer Focus

We believe in putting our customers at the center of every decision and every action every time.  Through programs such as our Voiance Language Line, which provides interpreting services allowing ADT to communicate with Non-English or Non-Spanish speaking customers, we are able to provide a high level of service to every customer regardless of what their primary language is.  In addition, ADT provides a Spanish-speaking website, which can be found here.  Our ADT Health Companion Service helps provide peace of mind, independence, and value to disabled and senior users and their caregivers.  In the event of an emergency, customers can use their medical alert system to contact a senior-sensitivity-trained Monitoring Professional 24 hours a day who will contact first responders when needed.  ADT’s partnership with Ideal Life (a market leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of Tele-health devices and services) provides a suite of remote health monitoring devices and Tele-health solutions to better connect payers, providers, patients and caregivers.  With ADT, living alone should never mean being alone.
