Pro Monitoring is a service offered by ADT as part of our comprehensive security offering to help give you peace of mind knowing your family, pets, home and/or small business are safe. ADT’s professional monitoring is there for you, around the clock, every day because your safety deserves 24/7 protection. If your alarm is triggered, our monitoring agents will be notified and can verify the alarm and alert emergency services so that you can get the help you need. ADT has six company-operated 24/7 monitoring centers, the largest presence in the industry. All of our monitoring centers are based in the U.S. and are not outsourced.
Do ADT security packages require an active monitoring subscription?
To get the most advanced coverage from your new home security system, ADT provides 24/7 monitoring services by a team of professionals who will notify emergency services for you. For DIY systems, ADT’s monitoring services start at $24.99/mo for Secure Monitoring with no long-term contracts, cancel any time. DIY packages with Google Nest products use Complete Monitoring, starting at $39.99/mo and include Google Nest Aware with 30-day video history and intrusion monitoring with video verification. Or upgrade to Google Nest Aware Plus, and get up to 10 days of continuous video recording, plus 60-day event-based video history and storage for your Nest cameras with the 24/7 Video Recording package for only $7.00/mo¹.
How does ADT respect my privacy, especially with video cameras?
ADT values your privacy. That’s why we developed ADT Data Lockbox® to safely store your alarm event data. Access is tracked and limited to authorized and authenticated people you choose.
ADT only has access to your Lockbox for the limited purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Does ADT have access to watch my cameras?
If your ADT+ system includes Google Nest cameras, you can enroll in Video Verification. When you opt in for video sharing, you may receive real-time camera images through Alarm Messenger™ to give you insight into what is happening in the moment. With your permission, our agents will also use any clips available to them through our secure ADT Data Lockbox to help us confirm what is happening at the location and update the priority of your alarm event¹. You can trust that your personal data, including video, is safe and secure. With ADT’s proprietary Data Lockbox, you have the power to choose what information you share and who you share it with.

Can I customize the ADT Outdoor Video package?
Yes! While we’ve packed all of the essentials into this home security package, you can upgrade it with additional sensors, cameras, life safety detectors, or smart home accessories to meet your family’s smart home security needs during or after package purchase.
Who is eligible for the $100 ADT Visa Reward Card?
Select customers who receive this email and purchase the Outdoor Video package through the special promotion between August 27 and September 29, 2025, are eligible.
How do I claim my $100 ADT Visa Reward Card?
Please allow approximately two months after your eligible system is installed and activated to receive your reward card redemption instructions via email or postcard. Your redemption instructions will include a promo code that is active for 60 days. Once you receive your redemption instructions, visit the redemption site and enter your promo code, ADT monitoring account number, and shipping info to redeem your reward card. Your reward card will arrive within 2–4 weeks of redemption. Once you receive your reward card, you must visit the activation site or call the activation phone number to activate your reward card.
Is this system compatible with my existing Google Nest devices?
If you already own a compatible Google Nest camera or doorbell, the ADT system will integrate with them through the ADT+ app.
Do I need a Nest Aware subscription to use this system?
No. ADT Complete Level monitoring includes Nest Aware including extended video history and other features.
What is the ADT+ app, and what can I control with it?
The ADT+ app lets you view live camera feeds, receive smart alerts, lock doors (with compatible smart locks), and arm or disarm your system remotely.
Can I install the system myself?
Yes. The Outdoor Video package is designed for simple DIY installation, with step-by-step instructions provided through the ADT+ app. However, if you would like professional installation, call (844) 203-1353
What if I already have an ADT system—can I still take advantage of this offer?
This promotion is intended for new ADT+ system customers. Existing users may be eligible for other upgrade offers; please contact ADT support for options.
