Luckily, the whole process is super simple. These peanut butter and cream cheesecake bites are no-bake and kid-friendly.

The thought behind this is simple: cream cheese and chocolate sandwich cookies go well together, and chocolate sandwich cookies and peanut butter go well together. We’re simply mashing the pairs together to form an ultra-combination. We live to serve.

So here we are: Peanut butter and cream cheesecake bites. All of the creaminess of cheesecake, plus the classic pairing of chocolate and peanut butter, all wrapped into a chilly, chocolate-coated ball.

If you want to add some pizazz to your finished product for a special occasion (or just to wow your family), consider drizzling melted dark chocolate over the top, or garnish with some crushed peanuts.

If there’s a nut allergy in your house, you can still make this happen! Substitute the 4oz of peanut butter for 4 oz of sunflower seed butter. It’s an easy sub and an equally tasty treat.

Ingredients:


- 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
- 4oz cream cheese
- 4oz creamy peanut butter
- 1 bag white chocolate chips


Instructions:


1. Crush entire package of cookies finely in gallon freezer bag, add to bowl.
2. Stir in cream cheese and peanut butter, form into 1' balls and freeze for 2 hours.
3. Melt white chocolate and dip frozen balls in to coat; re-freeze.
4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
