Requires month-to-month monitoring contract for water leak monitoring at no charge for 12 upon signing ADT’s monitoring contract without ADT’s Quality Service Plan. This monitoring plan excludes intrusion, smoke, and video monitoring, meaning ADT will not contact emergency responders in the event of an emergency.

The ADT Water Leak Detection Program for State Farm Customers offer includes one (1) Base and five (5) Water Sensors. Maximum discount $549 for devices included in the offer. Additional water sensors may be purchased for additional charge and service fees. 15% off appliable to additional water sensors purchased.

Offer available only to ADT customers who also maintain an active State Farm Homeowners insurance policy for risk of covered loss at the premises for which ADT monitoring services are to be provided and agree to allow ADT to share with State Farm information about their account, telematics, and any specific data regarding system usage (excluding audio and video) for the purposes of determining any discounts, rates, or other terms for products and services that may be offered by State Farm and for other internal business purposes.  If during the term of your monitoring contract, your State Farm Homeowners insurance policy is not issued or is terminated for any reason or you revoke your consent for ADT to share your ADT system usage data and other data described above, you will no longer receive ADT professional water leak monitoring services.

Quality Service Plan (QSP) is ADT’s Extended Limited Warranty and is not available for water leak monitoring only services.

Service and installation charges vary depending on system configuration, equipment and services selected at time of install.  Some features, including mobile notifications and water leak detection, require working internet and Wi-Fi. All costs, fees, and charges are subject to any applicable taxes and additional fees that ADT may charge pursuant to its monitoring contract. ADT reserves the right to discontinue this program after 12 months from the date you signed ADT’s monitoring contract and you will no longer receive ADT professional water leak monitoring services.

Local permit fees may be required.

Upgrading to the ADT Self Setup Base Package requires month to month monitoring contract at discounted monitoring rate starting at $19.99/mo. ($29.99/mo. for video service upgrade) without ADT’s Quality Service Plan. Discounted rate available only for the first 36-months starting from activation. For example, if you cancel your contract after the second month of service and reinstate your service two (2) months later, you will only be eligible for the discounted rate for an additional 32 months from reinstatement of your service.  Thereafter, your rate may be subject to increase in accordance with the terms of your monitoring contract.

The ADT Self Setup Base Package includes one (1) Base, five (5) Water Sensors, one (1) Smoke Detector, and two (2) Door/Window Sensors. If you choose to upgrade the Base Package to include video services, a choice of one (1) Nest Doorbell (battery) or one (1) Nest Cam (battery) will also be included.  Maximum discount of $649 for the Base package ($828.99 with video service upgrade). Professional installation available for an additional charge starting at $300 for the Base Package. Additional devices may be purchased for additional charge and service fees. 15% off appliable to additional devices purchased.

Offer available only to ADT customers who also maintain an active State Farm Homeowners insurance policy for risk of covered loss at the premises for which ADT monitoring services are to be provided and agree to allow ADT to share with State Farm information about their account, telematics, and any specific data regarding system usage (excluding audio and video) for the purposes of determining any discounts, rates, or other terms for products and services that may be offered by State Farm and for other internal business purposes.  If during the term of your monitoring contract, your State Farm Homeowners insurance policy is not issued or is terminated for any reason or you revoke your consent for ADT to share your ADT system usage data and other data described above, your monthly monitoring rate will automatically increase to $29.99/mo. (or $39.99/mo. for video service.) Discounted monitoring rate available only through the initial ADT monitoring contract term.

If you upgraded to include intrusion or video monitoring, you cannot downgrade to only water leak monitoring services.

Quality Service Plan (QSP) is ADT’s Extended Limited Warranty and is available at an additional charge if you upgraded to the ADT Self Setup Base package, or ADT Self Setup Base Package with video services.
