Please discontinue calling any previous Reliant phone numbers you may have used for home security assistance, as your account information is now on file with ADT. 

You’ll continue to enjoy the peace of mind that comes with 24/7 professional monitoring ─ with no service interruption and no action required on your part.

No one will need to enter your home to make any changes.

Simply download the Alarm.com Mobile app and use the same login and password you’ve been using. You’ll no longer be able to access your security services through your Reliant Online Account Management tool or the Reliant Connect app.

No, if you’d like the convenience of autopay (called EasyPay® at ADT), you’ll need to re-enroll by visiting MyADT.com or by calling (800) ADT-ASAP (800-238-2727).

You should receive your final home security bill from Reliant by December 9th. Reliant electricity customers will receive a final combined bill prior to December 9th and will then receive separate bills from Reliant and ADT.

Following industry standards, ADT bills approximately 20 days ahead of the service period instead of billing for services already provided. You’ll see this reflected on your first ADT bill.

You’ll need to contact your bank to update the payee & address on your online bill pay portal to ADT and provide your new ADT account number as listed on the welcome email you received from us.

ADT will honor your current contract terms ─ including any discounts you’ve been receiving ─ for the remainder of your contract. Additionally, any electricity discounts you received on your Reliant electricity bill will be applied through the end of your security contract. When it’s time to renew, you’ll select a new contract with ADT.

Your Reliant electricity service has not changed and will continue without interruption. However, you’ll receive all security communications and bills from ADT, with a separate bill for Reliant electricity.

ADT will assume responsibility for covered items under your EPP as part of your Quality Service Plan (QSP). Customer damage, misuse, non-ADT installed outside cameras, replacement batteries, acts of nature and intrusion damage are not covered.
