SoSecure Plus Plan
*With the SoSecure Plus plan, you can select from a $4.99 monthly or $49.99 annual subscription fee plus tax that includes the following features, activity tracking, live monitoring agent, voice activation, and video monitoring. The SoSecure Plus plan comes with a 30-day free trial. After the 30-day free trial, your SoSecure Plus plan will auto-renew based on the term/pricing selected if you do not cancel services in app through device settings prior to 30 day term. Location sharing requires that you give group members permission to access your physical location and plan features. Video monitoring and voice activation features require that you give ADT permission to access your physical location, device microphone, and video settings. You must email ADT at SoSecure@adt.com to grant ADT permission to release video evidence to authorities. For SoSecure features to work, your phone must be on, powered, and fully functional. SOS Response only available in US and D.C. and not in Milwaukee.
SoSecure Premium Plan
With SoSecure Premium plan you can select from a $9.99 monthly or $99.99 annual subscription fee plus tax and includes SOS features, activity tracking, live monitoring agent, voice activation, video monitoring, roadside assistance and crash detection features. Roadside Assistance Coverage includes Towing, Roadside Services (jump start, battery charge, flat tire, fuel delivery (including up to 2 gallons for free), lockout, winch-out (within 10’ of a paved road) • Severity Coverage: For towing events, coverage up to 10 miles from disablement location; for roadside services, coverage up to $100 • Frequency Coverage: For all coverage, no more than 4 service events per year. It takes up to 24 hours from purchase of your subscription to enroll your vehicle in Roadside Assistance services through our third-party service provider and services will not be available during that time. ADT will not reimburse you for any roadside assistance services incurred by you during the 24-hour waiting period. Roadside service must be initiated via the ADT SoSecure app. We cannot reimburse for service not initiated by ADT. Roadside service is limited to passenger cars and light trucks. We cannot provide service for trailers, large trucks, RVs, campers or anything already being towed. Crash Detection and SOS Emergency Response and Roadside assistance are only available in the US and D.C. SOS response not available in Milwaukee. During the term of your enrollment in SoSecure’s Premium plan, your roadside benefits membership and services are provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., 400 River’s Edge Drive, Medford, MA 02155, except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin and Wyoming where services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc., 275 East Hillcrest Drive, Suite 165, Thousand Oaks, California 91360 (together “Cross Country”) as more fully described in Cross Country’s terms and conditions of your membership (see https://www.crosscountrymotorclub.com/drivers-assist-for-sosecure/) and subject to the limitations contained therein. Roadside assistance service is not an automobile insurance policy and ADT is not an insurance carrier. Crash detection is not an emergency service provider and does not replace contacting 911 if you or others are injured or property destroyed. Crash detection service does not detect 100% of all automobile crashes. For ADT SoSecure features to work, your phone must be on, powered, and fully functional.
