“We got our home security 24 years ago, and it was changed two to three different names before it became ADT three years ago. I have the alarm system then I did the cameras. I also have the dual ring, though I think it is different but the same person who set it up was with ADT. The sales reps were very pleasant, positive and outgoing. The installer was very good, helpful and tried to explain everything. He answered all our questions and even left a number to call if there's any problem. I've never had any negative experience even when my alarm goes out accidentally. They always call and if they don’t get me in my house, they call my cellphone, they text me or they send the police out if they have to. They're a little expensive starting with the time I had them, but whatever they say, they will do and they are very positive about that. You'll never be wondering. I could get a cheaper alarm system, but I'm very happy with ADT and that’s why I keep it.”

“For many years I have been completely satisfied with the security ADT provides. While my system has unfortunately been out due to door/window damage from the Florida Hurricane Irma, they have understood & waived my monthly fee until this issue can be resolved. Thank you so very much, & I look forward continuing my monthly monitoring service for many more years to come.”

“I had 2 contacts with Customer Service reps on this issue. Both were very positive. Both reps gave me accurate info based on the error codes &...I replaced the battery & got the system up & running last night.”
