What is this product?

The Nest Hub (2nd gen) lets you control your ADT Blu security system and smart home devices hands-free, with a little help from Google. Using Google Assistant, you can tell it to operate certain features of your system as well as play music (subscription may be required), answer questions, make calls, send and receive messages, provide information, view news, sports scores, weather, and more. Just say, "Hey Google."

What happens if my Wi-Fi or power goes down?

The Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) requires both power and a Wi-Fi connection to function. If power or Wi-Fi goes down, the display will not be able to show camera feeds, control smart devices, or access Google Assistant features until service is restored.
