"We've had ADT for seven years and we've been happy. We were having some issues with false alarms when it was windy and I was getting really frustrated with it. I called ADT and they had someone come out without charging us any kind of maintenance visit.
The technician found a sensor for a window that was bad and he also did something in the box itself. That resolved the issues. We've got a fairly complete system now too and we've been pleased. I feel safe and the price that they charge for their services is very acceptable."
