Dual monitoring: ADT and onsite security
This exclusive program enables onsite security to respond faster to alarms community-wide. ADT’s interactive Dual Monitoring program lets officers in your gatehouse see alarm events in your community at the same time as ADT’s monitoring center, so they can provide a faster, more informed response for your residents, including onsite EMS.
More information
When an alarm occurs, your gatehouse officer gets an audible alert on their monitor, along with alarm info, including name, address, phone number and event type and zone.
Increased collaboration
ADT can interact with residents to verify alarms while onsite security is dispatched, and provide onsite officers with instructions on how to handle different alarm types.
Better visibility
Our technicians are highly trained and experienced security professionals. All ADT Community Associations will be serviced through our Community Association Service Center.
Extra reporting
Dual Monitoring lets your officers enter notes about dispatch actions into the record to document how the alarm was handled. They can also add more information gathered at the site, and whether follow-up is needed.

Your garage has the biggest door on your home – and one of the most used as well. Open and close it from anywhere and even setup alerts that tell you when it’s been left open.

Appliance & lighting control
Sometimes, we think of lights as a convenience--but they're a big part of home safety, too. Automatic light settings make your home look occupied when you're out.

It has been a pleasure working with the professionals at ADT, and I am pleased to sign another 10-year agreement. While there have been very few issues raised by homeowners, any concerns I have brought to the HOA team at ADT have been addressed promptly and resolved efficiently. From a management perspective, it is reassuring not to have to worry about such an important agreement.
