To finish configuring and installing your managed security solution, we’ll need to collect some technical information about your network. A certified ADT cybersecurity engineer will call you to get the correct information, at a time that’s convenient for you. The call should take 15-30 minutes, and our engineer may need to connect remotely to your computer during the process – but only with your approval.
Once we have all the information, we can configure your custom-managed security device and deliver it to you. On the day of the installation, an ADT technician will work with you to make sure everything is properly installed and operational.
After the firewall device is successfully installed at your business, you’ll receive a welcome email from ADT with instructions to create your online account. Or you can visit www.myadtcybersecurity.com to set up your account. You’ll need your ADT Cybersecurity account number, site number and email address. Using this portal, you can download user guides, access firewall reports or submit tickets to get help.
