ADT uses secure connections through the ADT+ platform for security and reliability. With ADT, your live video stays private. We only receive clips during an active alarm when you opt in — all to help get you a priority response.

During an alarm event, we use ADT Data Lockbox to safely store your alarm event data collected by ADT.² Access is tracked and limited to authorized and authenticated people you choose. In video verification scenarios, the video clip is stored in a secure location where only the site owner may access it in the future.
