Offer available only to ADT customers who also maintain an active State Farm Homeowners insurance policy for risk of covered loss at the premises for which ADT monitoring services are to be provided and agree to allow ADT to share with State Farm information about their account, telematics, and any specific data regarding system usage (excluding audio and video) for the purposes of determining any discounts, rates, or other terms for products and services that may be offered by State Farm and for other internal business purposes. If during the term of your monitoring contract, your State Farm Homeowners insurance policy is not issued or is terminated for any reason or you revoke your consent for ADT to share your ADT system usage data and other data described above, you will no longer receive ADT professional water leak monitoring services.
Quality Service Plan (QSP) is ADT’s Extended Limited Warranty and is not available for water leak monitoring only services.
Service and installation charges vary depending on system configuration, equipment and services selected at time of install. Some features, including mobile notifications and water leak detection, require working internet and Wi-Fi. All costs, fees, and charges are subject to any applicable taxes and additional fees that ADT may charge pursuant to its monitoring contract. ADT reserves the right to discontinue this program after 12 months from the date you signed ADT’s monitoring contract and you will no longer receive ADT professional water leak monitoring services.
