Though the legal requirement to honor a Do Not Contact request is 30 days, you can generally expect calls to cease within 7 days, if not sooner.

No, ADT cannot add consumer contact information to the National or State Do Not Call Registries.

Thought the legal requirement to honor an unsubscribe or Do-Not-Email request is 10 days, you can generally expect ADT marketing emails to stop within 7 days of being added to ADT’s Do Not Email List.

Direct marketing mail from ADT should stop within 10 business days of being added to ADT’s Do Not Mail List.

You will need to contact the Authorized Dealer or Provider directly to be added to their Do Not Mail list by calling the telephone number on the advertisement you received.

You will need to contact the circular/coupon vendor and opt out with them directly.  This will cease the receipt of all advertisements from that circular/coupon vendor.

No, ADT does not maintain a ‘No Door Knocking List.’ However, if you believe an ADT representative has not abided by a posted ‘No Soliciting’ or ‘No Trespassing’ sign, please email us at DNCComplaint@adt.com with information on the concern or call our Compliance Hotline at (877) 377-7343.
