You acknowledge and agree that monetary damages may not adequately compensate ADT for your non-compliance with the Terms, and you therefore consent to injunctive or other equitable relief in the case of such violations. You further agree that ADT may release certain information about you if we are required to do so by applicable laws or a valid subpoena.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ADT, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party that your use of the Site violates the Terms, any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.
